Mission Statement of The Lottery Institute

The mission of The Lottery Institute is to encourage the development and use of "Lottery theories", including statistics, probability and combinatorics.

help to develop a Lottery player awareness of the value of analytical thinking and the importance of statistics and optimization;
work to ensure that decisions affecting the Lottery player are based on appropriate data and valid statistical interpretation;
promote the highest possible standards for Lottery education and practice;
promote the development of Lottery methodology;
promote a sense of community among all the Lottery players;
provide a forum for the exchange of ideas between theoreticians and practitioners of Lottery theories.
